Facilities Management

We offer a full range of management functions, strategic support and advice or operational delivery across both hard and soft services; our current contracts cover more than 120 buildings across London, Milton Keynes and Surrey and Milton Keynes. This is a multi-use estate portfolio ranging from major in-patient facilities and healthcare clinics to office accommodation, including headquarters buildings.

The breath of services offered by our Facilities Management team includes, but is not limited to, complete strategic advisory and operational management of all property related services.

We can provide these services to our clients ranging from the full suite of FM services, just soft or hard services individually, to bespoke services such as trouble shooting, monitoring services, expertise in particular service delivery areas or providing support around retendering of contracts and services. The scale of our current contracts means that we’re able to offer fully compliant and high quality hard and soft FM services at affordable prices.
