For example one of our flagship products, developed in collaboration with our DEFT technology partners EventMap is the Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC) tool. This innovative software simplifies the annual ERIC submissions while reducing the time spent on submissions by up to 90%. ERIC provides simplified, time saving digital processes that achieve more accurate real-time overviews of performance. It has constant, real time, live return progress and is fully connected to the NHS Digital API.
ERIC adapts to stay consistent with the latest NHS Digital guidelines on submissions. Recently this has included the new annual requirement of backlog maintenance submission to help the NHS get to grips with the national backlog deficit at a granular level and feeds into Model Hospital
Our ERIC tool guides you from core data capture right through to the submission and verification of returns. During submission, ERIC highlights any exceptions that occur, which can then be amended. And at all times, live return progress is shown on the home dashboard.

Timetabler highlights any clashes and constraint violations in your live schedule (including rooms, staff, groups, students, courses and modules).
Audit is a space analysis and reporting tool that efficiently provides a deep analysis of how your space is being used.
Create snapshot surveys of your space on the ground, even without a data connection. In off-line mode you can pre-load data, then sync to the server when network access is available. Previous survey data can also be imported for analysis plus Audit will assist you in creating estate surveys from scratch and can automatically suggest routes based on your uploaded estate data, including timings.
