Tom Austin

Senior Capital Project Manager

QTS promotes a cohesive and holistic ‘one team' approach to their Estates and Facilities management, with our Client Centric focus at it's core. As a Senior Project Manager, I'm able to directly manage significant improvement projects across NHS sites, whilst taking an overview position of the wider Capital Programme. I am also given the opportunity to liaise with like-minded and experienced QTS professionals from other E&F disciplines and clinical stakeholders which leads to a workplace where collaboration, variety and learning are part of every working day.

Career Paths

Meet Hayley Jones who has been with QTS since we first started trading in 2018. Hayley wasn't entirely sure which way she was hoping her career would go and first joined us an Administration Support Officer.  Since then, Hayley has developed her career path and is now our Property Asset Manager. In 2020 QTS supported Hayley to apply to university to complete the BSc in Real Estate.  This is a 5-year degree course which allows Hayley to undertake the MRICS pathway to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.  Hayley has worked so hard and brought all her newfound expertise back into the team and we couldn't be more delighted.
